SalesArck is a multi-tenant loyalty SaaS that ingests POS transaction data (Square and Clover), computes rewards using SalesArck-owned business logic, and supports earn/redeem experiences for consumers across many merchants.

Problem Statement

Merchants using Square and Clover today have deeply fragmented loyalty tooling:

  • POS-specific loyalty tools are siloed and non-transferable
  • Consumers accumulate points in dozens of disconnected systems
  • Merchants lack unified analytics across their customer base
  • Building custom loyalty programs is expensive and technically complex

SalesArck centralizes the loyalty layer above the POS, preserving merchant ownership of their customers while delivering a unified consumer experience.
