Merchants using Square and Clover today have deeply fragmented loyalty tooling:
- POS-specific loyalty tools are siloed and non-transferable
- Consumers accumulate points in dozens of disconnected systems
- Merchants lack unified analytics across their customer base
- Building custom loyalty programs is expensive and technically complex
SalesArck centralizes the loyalty layer above the POS, preserving merchant ownership of their customers while delivering a unified consumer experience.
